308 Wufei Street, West Central District, Tainan. We use fresh Taiwanese pork, wrap every dumpling by hand each morning, and pan-fry them only after you order — so the bottom comes out crisp and lacy while the filling stays juicy. The shop started in 2022, when a husband and wife began picking ingredients at the market to cook for their own family.
Parking: there is a multi-storey car park on Ximen Road, plus metered street parking around the Wufei St. / Yongfu Rd. intersection and along Zhongyi Rd. and Yongfu Rd.
Prices in New Taiwan Dollars. In-store signage takes precedence.

Set meals run $110–$175. Every filling can be served either pan-fried or steamed. Please note we have no vegetarian options — every filling contains pork.
We sell the same filling as frozen raw dumplings: 30 pieces NT$240 or 50 pieces NT$380, SGS tested. Cook them straight from frozen — no thawing — and keep them frozen; the best-before date is about one month. Pick them up at the shop, or we deliver within Taiwan: free delivery in Tainan city on orders over NT$1,100; elsewhere by frozen courier at NT$160 per box, free over NT$1,500 in the same temperature zone. We do not ship overseas.
To cook: place them frozen in a cold pan with a little oil, pour in a bowl of water mixed with one teaspoon of flour, cover and cook over medium-low heat for about five minutes until the water evaporates and a lacy crust forms. A step-by-step guide (in Chinese) is on this page.
Opening hours and closures for the branches are announced on our official Facebook page.
